SPEAKER SESSIONS
All sessions will take place in the Gala room 1 of the Hôtel des Seigneurs.
MEALS, BREAKS AND ACTIVITIES
All meals, refreshment breaks and activities are included in your registration fee.
All mid-day meals will be served in the Sommet room at the 14ith floor of the Hôtel des Seigneurs. The continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks will take place in the Gala room 2.
DRESS
Informal dress will be appropriate.
TRANSLATION
Simultaneous translation is available on site and during the entire event.
PARTICIPANT ID
All persons registered at the meeting must wear their identification badge in order to participate in the sessions and social activities.
WEATHER
The weather varies between 7,5 and 12,6 Celcius degrees in October.
ANTI-SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is forbidden in all meeting rooms of the Hôtel des Seigneurs, in the registration area and in all hallway.
